Episode 16 - Courage to Lead Up: Emily is a fundraising professional with 8 years of experience working in the private school, university and non-profit settings. She currently serves as the Development Director for Young Life Military – Club Beyond where she focuses on resource development and serves as Campaign Director for a multi-year campaign supporting ministry outreach for military teens and families on installations across the world. She is passionate about relationship building, volunteer engagement, matching passion with purpose, and developing systems that honor and serve the investors she works with.
Billi Dray has been working to build ministry in the mission of Young Life for over 13 years. She has pioneered new outreach ministry to kids in the city, teen moms and now serving as Development Director for Developing Global Leaders, a college scholarship program for volunteers in developing countries while training them for leadership opportunities. She is passionate about building bridges between high potential leaders who lack resources and generous hearts who want to see the world changed for the better.
